Race Course for the 2007 HSBC Cardiff 10K
Starts Sophia Gardens car park going North to Western Ave, turn left onto Western Ave for 150m, turn left into Llandaff Fields now going south down
Time Change to 9.00 am and 9.30 am

Due to Cardiff City Council recommendations the HSBC Cardiff 10K and 2K events will now begin 1 hour earlier than stated in previous race literature.
9.00 am for the 2K - 9.30 am for the 10K
