Corporate Team Challenge Event
The count down has begun to one of Wales’ biggest sporting events – the HSBC Cardiff 10K Run. And your business can be a part of it.
Run in aid of the Kidney Wales Foundation and now in its 24th year, the 2008 Run takes place on Sunday, September 7 at Sophia Gardens. This year more than 3,000 runners from across the UK are expected to don their trainers to join a stellar line-up of international athletes and some of Wales’ most popular sporting heroes and celebrities.
Through its popular Corporate Team Challenge the event gives businesses in Wales a cost-effective opportunity to help support one of Wales’ oldest and biggest charities and its Donate Wales – Tell a Loved One campaign.
For just £250 companies taking part can look forward to benefiting from:
• Publicity in 2009’s glossy HSBC Cardiff 10K race day pamphlet and the Kidney Wales charity brochure (circulation 30,000).
• The opportunity of a free trade pitch space in this year’s Race Day arena.

Every team that enters the Challenge receives a special fundraising pack, newly designed race T-shirts, invitations to the VIP/post race buffet suite at Glamorgan Cricket Club’s Swalec Stadium, and a framed team photograph. In addition, those teams that finish first, second and third each receive an elegant Team Challenge Trophy.
