Race Course for the 2008 HSBC Cardiff 10K

Starts Sophia Gardens car park going North to Western Ave, turn left onto Western Ave for 150m, turn left into Llandaff Fields now going south down Cathedral Rd onto Cathedral Rd down to Cowbridge Rd, turn left into Castle St, Duke St and Kingsway. Now turn left into Bute Park at the back of the Castle now going west to the River Taff at the new bridge turn right. Now going east to the small bridge by the RWCMD now turn left into North Rd car park now going North all the way up the cycle path at the Weir turn left down to Blackweir Fields now going south down to the new bridge in Bute park over the bridge to Welsh Institute of Sports turn left back down to the finish.
