T-shirt Design Competition
Introduction
To celebrate 40 years of Kidney Wales, we are pleased with our partners HSBC to invite your school to participate in the Kidney Wales - HSBC 10k & 2k t-shirt design competition and to enter yourselves into the 2k event itself.
Competition
Create and design a vibrant image for the Kidney Wales - HSBC Cardiff 10k and 2k race t-shirt. Your T-shirt will be worn by over 3000 people on the day of the race. The design of the t-shirt must promote being active, good health & fitness. This competition is open to all ages. Please be colourful and energetic!
The winning school will receive a Mini DV Camcorder.
You may create your design by:-
Using pens, pencils or paints on a sheet of A3 sized paper.
Electronically, work must be handed in on a CD in jpg/tiff/eps format accompanied with an A4 print.
Student/Teacher guide
Please ensure that all work is clearly marked with entrants: name, age, class and school in print on the back of the work. The work may be accompanied with text (no more than a sheet of A5) to support and explain the creative process, artistic ideas or impression.
Closing date for entries
Entries must be received at the Kidney Wales office by noon Thursday 12th July 2007. Judging will take place at the KW head office in Cardiff Wednesday 18th July. The Winning school will be notified by telephone.
