Free Coaching Workshops with Moti

To help entrants in this year's HSBC Cardiff 10K prepare for the big day, we've teamed up with our friends at Cardiff-based running specialists MOTI to offer a series of free coached workshops at the city's International Sports Stadium.
With expert advice on everything from improving your running technique and wearing the correct footwear to diet and hydration, the sessions are a great way of getting the most out of this year's 10K. They're suitable for all levels from absolute beginners upward.
The workshops will start with an easy group run followed by a Q&A with our panel of experts led by James Thie, Endurance Coach with the National Welsh Squad and current Welsh record holder for the indoor 1,500m, mile and 2,000m.
During each workshop, MOTI will also provide a free specialist Video Gait Analysis service giving runners advice on what kind of shoes they should be wearing, as well as an injury advice service with MOTI physiotherapist Leon Vaughan.
The two sessions take place on Wed, July 22 and Wed, July 29 - both from 6.30pm to 9pm.
