Corporate Team Challenge
By entering yourself and colleagues in the Corporate Team Challenge you will be helping children and adults with kidney disease throughout Wales. This enables Kidney Wales to continue their vital work across the country with the people in need.
For just £250 per team you and your friends can have a great day and raise some money for charity at the same time.
The Corporate Team Challenge is open to all abilities and anyone over the age of 15, all we ask is that you have a name for your team. Your team must consist of 4 to 6 members, with the 4 fastest over line in position not time.
When running in support of Kidney Wales you will receive a support pack with everything you need to know including fundraising information. Every team member will receive a special commemorative certificate and a 10K Corporate Branded T-shirt.

The best fuel for running a race is training. It makes race day a lot more enjoyable. It’s important to do at least one long run a week which will eventually take you close to your race distance – ideally at weekends - but don’t forget to include the shorter, faster midweek sessions!
