TOP RUNNING TIPS

Make training your Mantra

The best fuel for running a race is training. It makes race day a lot more enjoyable. It’s important to do at least one long run a week which will eventually take you close to your race distance – ideally at weekends - but don’t forget to include the shorter, faster midweek sessions!

Congratulations to the 2009 HSBC CORPORATE TEAM WINNERS FUJITSU
