Sahibaa Ali, 14, from Cardiff

Sahibba Ali never complains about missing out on all the things her friends do because she has to have dialysis. The inspiring teenager has been waiting longer than most for a kidney transplant, but says everyone at the Children’s Kidney Centre does their bit to make things as normal as possible for her.

Top Running Tips

“Fail to prepare and prepare to fail”…

Fail to prepare for a race and it’s likely to go wrong on the day. The training you do, food you eat, clothes you wear and the drink you use to fuel your training should all be tested and retested prior to race day. If all your preparation is thorough, then race day is the easy part…well almost!
